By submitting content through Cloveo, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute the content for AI training and related purposes.

6. Payments

Payments are subject to our Payment Rules. We reserve the right to withhold payment for submissions that violate our guidelines or are determined to be fraudulent.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or repeated submission of low-quality work.

8. Limitation of Liability

Cloveo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
